Who are we?
Charnwood GP Network Ltd was formed in April 2018 following the merger of North and South Charnwood GP Federations. The aim of Charnwood GP Network is to support the delivery of high quality patient care in Charnwood by supporting our Practices to work together to be more efficient.
Charnwood GP Network has a number of areas of focus outlined in the diagram below:
Primary Care Networks (PCN's)
Charnwood GP Network is the main contract holder for the four Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in Charnwood. Watermead, Soar Valley, Carillon and Beacon PCNs are working together along with the Federation to employ ARRS Staff
